SABI SARUSI
The course will be taught by Shabi Sarusi-Gonen, the head designer of the "Kempinski" hotel in Israel, and the CEO and owner of the Fiore group. The course consists of 10 sessions, each lasting 3 hours of practical, hands-on learning at the "Kempinski" hotel in Tel Aviv.
This intimate and personal course is limited to 3 students and is suitable for professional florists and those with experience. In the course, we will learn special techniques for floral displays, preparation and construction of the right framework and infrastructure, types of floral arrangement, and additional details in the full syllabus of the course.
